Our world class commissioning programme is set to transform people’s lives locally:

because of the emphasis we will place on helping people live longer healthier lives and reduce inequalities by helping people get the services they need when they need them; and that these services meet high standards in delivery and are more personalised, for example offering users greater choice and control over them by making sure we make the best use of the available resources to meet our priorities

We have worked very closely with our local community, service users, and partner organisations over recent months, to make sure that as many people as possible were involved and had their say in developing our plans.  Also, also looked at ourselves to make sure we are able to deliver this transformation by ensuring we have the right services and working arrangements in place.
